All our direct rates are flexible. “Direct rates” refer to bookings made directly with the hotel (via our official website, by phone, or by email), without any intermediary or third-party booking platform.
They can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before arrival. After this period, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a penalty in case of late cancellation or no-show.
