1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of remote booking of services offered by our establishment, whose contact details are specified in the booking confirmation document. They govern all steps necessary for booking and follow-up between the contracting parties. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale as well as the rate-specific terms available on our booking platform. These terms apply to all bookings made via the internet through our booking platform.

2. Booking

The customer selects the services presented on our booking platform. The customer acknowledges having read the nature, destination, and booking conditions of the services and having requested and obtained all necessary and/or additional information to make an informed booking. The customer is solely responsible for the choice of services and their suitability to their needs; therefore, we cannot be held liable in this regard. The booking is deemed accepted by the customer upon completion of the booking process.

3. Booking process

Bookings are made via the online booking form available on our platform. The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the booking form. The customer agrees to provide all required information prior to booking and certifies that all information provided is accurate. The booking process includes entering bank card details for guarantee or prepayment purposes, reviewing and accepting the general terms and rate conditions before final confirmation, and validating the booking.

4. Booking confirmation

Our booking platform acknowledges receipt of the booking by sending an email without delay. The confirmation email summarizes the contract offer, booked services, prices, applicable rate conditions accepted by the customer, booking date, after-sales information, and the address of the establishment where complaints may be addressed.

5. Cancellation or modification by the customer

In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, the customer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.121-21. Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the selected rate. Prepaid bookings cannot be modified or cancelled. Deposits paid in advance are non-refundable. Where allowed, cancellations can be made directly with the establishment using the contact details provided in the confirmation email. All bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to a third party.

6. Use of the service

Local regulations may require guests to complete a police form upon arrival. Guests must present valid identification. Any behaviour contrary to good morals or public order may result in immediate expulsion without compensation or refund. Guests agree to comply with any internal rules of the establishment. Failure to comply may also result in expulsion without compensation or refund.

7. Liability

Photographs are non-contractual. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, variations may occur between booking and stay. The establishment is not responsible for non-performance due to force majeure, third parties, internet issues, or unauthorized payment. Fraudulent or irregular bookings will be cancelled at the customer’s expense.

8. Complaints

Complaints regarding services must be submitted in writing within eight days after departure.

9. Prices

Prices are shown before and during booking and are confirmed in the establishment’s currency, including VAT. Exchange fees are borne by the customer. Additional services and local taxes may not be included unless stated. VAT changes or new taxes will be automatically reflected in prices.

10. Payment

The customer provides bank details as a guarantee. Payment is made on site unless prepaid conditions apply. Prepayments are considered deposits. No-show reservations will be charged according to conditions. Payments are processed securely via SiteMinder. The establishment may issue electronic invoices.

11. Privacy

Personal data may be collected and shared with partners and payment providers for booking execution. Bank details may be transferred securely to Stripe for payment processing, including international transfers. The customer consents to this necessary transfer. Data protection measures are ensured by service providers.

12. Proof agreement

Electronic validation and acceptance of terms constitute electronic signature with the same legal value as handwritten signature. Digital records are considered valid proof. IP addresses may be recorded.

13. Force majeure

Force majeure refers to unforeseeable and unavoidable events preventing execution of obligations. Neither party is liable in such cases, and obligations are suspended.

14. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the establishment is located, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence.

15. Entire agreement

These terms, rate conditions, and booking confirmation constitute the full agreement between parties. In case of contradiction, the booking confirmation prevails. The establishment may update these terms at any time, and the updated version applies immediately upon publication.
